Khishigbuyan Dayan-Ochir is a Chief Technical Officer for the Education Quality Reform project implemented by Mongolian Government and funded by the World Bank. She has 33 years of experience in education sector policy and management. She received her Masters of Arts degree from Universityof Minnesota in 2002. She is also Rotarian and a member of Nomt Rotary club of Mongolia.
